Chimichurri Sauce recipe

Chimichurri Sauce is an Argentinian-derived sauce chock-full of herbaceous greens, extra virgin olive oil, and red pepper flakes. Surprisingly, it didn’t appear in Latin American cookbooks until 1991, according to food writer Joyce Goldstein. Chimichurri is an herby sauce that pairs well with meat, fish, and shrimp.

    Step 1

    Add the parsley, oregano, and garlic to a blender and pulse for 30 seconds. Transfer the mixture to a bowl.
