    Step 1

    Heat oven to 350°F. Liberally coat Bundt cake pan with baking spray. Mix ingredients flour, sugar, cocoa, salt, baking powder, and baking soda in a medium bowl; set separately.

    Merge buttermilk, vanilla, eggs, oil, and coffee in the bowl of a stand mixer, and beat on medium speed until well mixed. With the mixer on low speed, gradually include dry ingredients, and beat until well mixed, about two minutes.

    Pour cake batter into the ready Bundt pan, and bake in a heated oven until a pick added in the center comes out clean, 45 minutes to 50 minutes. Allow cool in pan on a wire rack for 10 minutes before inverting onto a cake plate. Allow cool completely, about 60 Minutes.
