    Merge 1 1/2 tablespoons butter in a big non-stick skillet over medium-high temperature. Add six (06) patties to the pan; cook 2.5 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Take out the crab cakes from the pan; repeat with the rest of 1 1/2 tablespoons butter and the remaining 6 patties.
